The platform reserves the right to conduct targeted marketing campaigns. By providing your contact information, you expressly consent to being contacted through the provided channels, notwithstanding TRAI's Do Not Call Registry regulations.

All content on CollegeChalo.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, remains the exclusive property of Phoenix360 Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Amounts exceeding the number of applications submitted may be reconsidered for refund. No refunds shall apply if payment is received after the college application deadline has passed.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

CollegeChalo reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
