- Clicking either of the links will open another webpage ‘https://upsc.gov.in/examinations/Civil%20Services%20%28Preliminary%29%20Examination%2C%202025’ which is the webpage for UPSC CSE 2025 Exam.
- Candidates can read all the information about the exam and then click One Time Registration (OTR) which opens webpage ‘https://upsconline.gov.in/upsc/OTRP/index.php’
- Once the OTR webpage with above URL opens, candidates can take up registration by clicking New Registration which opens another page ‘https://upsconline.gov.in/upsc/OTRP/registration.php’
- Once the webpage with above URL opens, applicants can register and create their credentials (username and password).
- After creating their credentials, they can come back to ‘https://upsconline.gov.in/upsc/OTRP/index.php’ and login using their credentials.
- Post login, candidates will view a list of examinations, they can choose UPSC CSE 2025 Exam prelims and then start applying for it.

Application submission for UPSC CSE 2025 Exam prelims is taking place from 22 January 2025 to 11 February 2025. The preliminary exam will be conducted on 25 May 2025 as per the UPSC CSE 2025 Exam schedule.
Candidates who have passed the preliminary exam have to apply for the mains exam for which the dates would be announced at the appropriate time. The main exam will be conducted on 22 August 2025.
The mains exam will be conducted over a period of five days.
