
Sharda University was the center of attraction when orientation ceremony was conducted for the new batch of BDS and MDS students. The event was conducted by Sharda School of Dental Sciences.
A new mobile dental van with cutting edge technology was also launched during the orientation ceremony.

The eminent personalities present during the ceremony were Chancellor of Sharda University P.K. Gupta.
Vice Chancellor of Sharda University Y.K. Gupta, Professor Dr. Mahesh Vermal, Vice Chancellor of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University were also among those present.
Special Guest for the event was Dr. D.S. Gangwar, President of AIIMS, Rewari.
Vice Chancellor Dr. Sibaram Khara, Dean, Dr. Swati Sharma, and Dean of Research, Dr. Bhuvnesh Kumar were also among those present during the ceremony.

Chancellor of Sharda University P.K. Gupta emphasized that the initiative not only aims to enhance dental healthcare access but also wishes to train the next generation of dental professionals to prepare them to serve the larger sections of the society.

Mobile unit
Dr. M. Siddharth, Dean of the School of Dental Sciences, provided insights into the new mobile unit.
This is equipped with advanced features such as digital imaging, sterilization equipment, and a dedicated treatment area, say sources from Sharda University.
A specialized team of doctors will visit local schools and areas through this van to offer high-quality dental care at affordable rates.
