
NEET UG 2020 correction, National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the last date to perform corrections in the application submitted for NEET exam to 31 May.
Notification from NTA says the decision to extend last date with regards to NEET UG 2020 correction has been taken keeping in view the demand that has come from various candidates.

The decision of extension with regards to NEET UG 2020 correction was taken also keeping in view the hardships being caused by COVID-19 situation, says the notification.
Candidates can take up NEET UG 2020 correction work with regards to information provided in the application and also with regards to the choice of exam centre.
NEET UG 2020 correction can be made till 5 pm of 31 May and the required fee if any incurred after taking up the rectifications can be paid till 11:50 pm of 31 May.
The fee in connection with NEET UG 2020 correction can be paid through net banking, debit card, credit card and UPI and PayTM.
It is also worth recollecting that the facility to undertake NEET UG 2020 correction was provided earlier also.
NEET UG 2020 correction work facility was extended till 3 May earlier. A notification released in this regard by NTA on 14 April mentions this point.
Even before this extension (3 May), another extension was given for NEET UG 2020 correction 14 April, this was mentioned in the notification of 10 April.
Candidates can visit the official website ‘https://ntaneet.nic.in/ntaneet/welcome.aspx’ to take up NEET UG 2020 corrections.

They have to remember that the rectification work must be done very carefully. The chance to take up the NEET UG 2020 correction may not again be offered.
T.R. Gurumurthy, a physics lecturer at NEET coaching institute said this is perhaps a unique feature this year.
The facility to take up NEET UG 2020 correction has been extended more than once this year. This was not the case perhaps during the previous year.
Nevertheless, students must make use of this opportunity, says P. Shivakumar, a maths teacher for plus-two.
Even those who have not taken up corrections so far can come forward to make use of the opportunity, he says.
Even other applicants can also make use of this opportunity. They can go through the application forms they have submitted to ensusre the information provided is correct. In case of any mistakes they can rectify them.
They can visit the official website of NTA for NEET and then click on ‘Candidates login’ link.
After the link is clicked and the webpage downloads, applicants have to login using their registration number and password and then take up NEET UG 2020 correction.
NTA also requests students and parents to rely on information about NEET that is made available in the official website of NTA.
The two official websites for information are ‘www.nta.ac.in’ and ‘ntaneet.nic.in’ Applicants also can regularly refer their mobile numbers and email ids they have provided while filling NEET application form for updates.
