Students who wish to study postgraduation in medicine can aim for the NEET PG 2024 registration. The date for conducting the test has been announced and next thing after that would be submitting applications.

What is NEET PG?
NEET PG is expanded into National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test Post Graduate, it is conducted once every year for providing admission into postgraduate medical courses in colleges located across India.
NEET PG 2024 is meant to be held in 2024 and is conducted by National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). NEET PG 2024 registration nothing but applying for the exam.

Candidates who have passed graduation in medicine from a recognized educational institution anywhere in India can take up NEET PG 2024 registration.

2. Once the website is ready, candidates can click the button NEET PG under Entrance Examinations menu.
3. Clicking the above button will open another webpage with URL ‘https://natboard.edu.in/viewnbeexam?exam=neetpg’
4. Once the webpage with above URL opens, candidates can click the registration link and create an account.
5. After the account is created, candidates can log in and take up NEET PG 2024 registration.

Registration fee
Candidates taking up NEET PG 2024 registration have to pay Rs 4250 if they are from General, OBC and EWS categories. The same for those from SC/ST/PwD categories is Rs 3250.

After NEET PG 2024 registration
Candidates who have successfully completed their NEET PG 2024 registration can download the admit card.
The link for it will be activated at the appropriate time on the official website. The link will turn active about 10 or 20 days before the exam day. It can be downloaded as per the instructions below:
1. Type the URL ‘https://natboard.edu.in/viewnbeexam?exam=neetpg’ in the browser and submit it for allowing it to download.
2. Once the website is ready, the link for admit card has to be clicked.
3. After clicking the link, candidates have to enter their application number, date of birth and other details and submit them to obtain the hall ticket.
Candidates can appear for the exam with their hall tickets. They have to pass the exam with required qualifying marks to be eligible for the next phase of admission which comprises counselling.
Counselling is the process where candidates can choose the course and the college where they desire to study the program of their choice.
