Today, June 10, is the first day that the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will open registration for JoSAA 2024 and choice filled. Filling out the JOSAA 2024 counselling registration form at josaa.nic.in is available to candidates who have qualified for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2024 and The Advanced 2024.
The NIT+ System would offer roughly 42,000 seats, making about 15 lakh JEE-2024(Main) applicants eligible to apply. JoSAA will administer a total of five rounds of seat distribution this year. Online access to the JoSAA 2024 seat allocation findings will be available after each counselling workshop. JoSAA’s seat distribution standards and reservation criteria are taken into consideration for allocating seats. The ranks obtained in JEE Main or Advanced, along with the preferences offered by candidates, drive this process.
To support the JoSAA 2024 counselling process, fifty-two Document Verification Centres (VCs) and Help Centres (HCs) have been established across the country. In order to expedite the counselling process, the CSAB Headquarters at NITK Surathkal has also set up a multilingual support desk that speaks ten Indian languages. The JoSAA 2024 website has the contact details for each of the 52 VCs and HCs.
