
JEE Main Apr 2020 exam dates changed – The dates for second attempt of JEE Main (April 2020) have been changed. Sources say, earlier, the JEE Main exam was supposed to be held between 3 to 9 April this year, but now National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the exam on revised dates of 5,7,8,9 and 11 April this year.

While the reason for change in the dates has not been provided, students who wish to pursue higher education in engineering, architecture and plan must take into account the changes made in the dates. They can logon to the website ‘jeemain.nic.in’ to know more about the change in the dates.
It is interesting to note that the JEE Main was conducted for the first time from 6 to 9 January this year, for the students who felt did not score impressively in the first attempt can now look towards performing better in the second time.

JEE Main is conducted twice a year. There is another difference between the first time and the second time. While the first attempt of the exam went on for four days the second schedule will last for five days. This has given scope for more students to attend the exam.
Performance in this exam is very important for students who aim for a degree in B.E./B.Tech, B.Plan and B.Arch courses. The rank obtained in the exam becomes very crucial for gaining an entry into NITs, IITs.
