CLAT 2025 counselling: The Consortium of National Law Universities will initiate its Common Law Admission Test counselling registration process for CLAT 2025 today, December 11. Interested and eligible candidates can fill up the CLAT 2025 counseling form by visiting the official website, consortiumofnlus.ac.in. There are 5 rounds for the counselling of CLAT 2025.
As per the official notice, eligible candidates received invitations to participate in the CLAT 2025 counselling process through mail and SMS. The CLAT 2025 counselling registration deadline is December 20, 10 pm. CLAT 2025 choice filling deadline is also December 20. According to the official notice, candidates can fill 15 preferences or more for the CLAT 2025 counselling process.
CLAT 2025 counseling fee
Candidates are also required to pay a CLAT 2025 counselling fee for finalizing the registration process. The CLAT 2025 counselling fee is different for different categories of candidates. The general category candidates have to pay Rs 30,000 while ST, SC, OBC, EWS, and PWD category candidates have to pay Rs 20,000 as CLAT 2025 counselling fee.
CLAT 2025 Counselling schedule: Seat allotment and fee payment date
According to the official calendar, the first seat allotment of CLAT 2025 will be declared on 26 December, 10 am. Candidates have to pay the confirmation and submit their willingness by January 4. The last date for NLUs to complete the admission procedure for candidates in the first allotment list is January 4.
CLAT 2025 allotment result for the second seat will be declared on 10 January, 10 am. Candidates are to pay a confirmation fee and submit their consent by 16 January. By 16 January, it is the deadline for NLUs to complete the admission of candidates in the second round of allotment.
The third seat allotment result for CLAT 2025 will be declared on January 24 at 10 am. The confirmation and willingness of the candidates are to be submitted by January 30. For the candidates in the third allotment list, the last date for the admission procedure by NLUs is January 30.

The deadline for paying the remaining university fee (after deducting the confirmation fee and counselling registration fee) to the NLU for all candidates who opted for the freeze option in the first, second, and third allotment lists during the counselling process is May 14, by 5 pm.
The CLAT 2025 fourth and fifth rounds of counselling will take place in May 2024, to fill the vacant seats that remain unfilled on May 14, 2025.
