Army recruitment rally at Arunai Engg College – Indian Army will be conducting a recruitment rally at Arunai Engineering College stadium in Thiruvannamalai in Tamilnadu. Sources from Defence Ministry say, the rally will be happening from 15 to 25 April at the above venue to enroll candidates from 11 districts of Tamilnadu in Indian Army. The rally will happen under the aegis of Recruitment Office (Headquarter) at Chennai.

The 11 districts are Cuddalore, Vellore, Tirupathur, Ranipet, Tiruvannamalai, Chennai, Tiruvallur, Vilupuram, Kallakurichi, Kancheepuram, Chengalpattu and Puducherry District of Puducherry (UT). The rally will recruit candidates into the posts of Soldier Technical, Soldier Nursing Assistant/Soldier Nursing Assistant Veterinary, Soldier Clerk, Store Keeper Technical, Soldier General Duty and Soldier Tradesman.

Candidates who are willing to take part in the rally must apply online by visiting the website of Indian Army ‘www.joinindianarmy.nic.in’ from 1 to 31 March. The admit card for the rally will be issued online after 31 March.

Sources from Defence Ministry further say recruitment process being fully automated, is fair and transparent. Candidates must guard against Touts/fraudsters, claiming to help them pass. Only the hardwork and preparation will ensure the selection of candidates as per merit.
