About the Role
Be the first point of contact for students and parents reaching out to CollegeChalo. Resolve queries, assist with the platform, and ensure a delightful customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle student queries via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve issues related to applications, colleges, and platform usage
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team
- Maintain knowledge base and FAQ documents
- Achieve customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
- 0-2 years of customer support experience
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi
- Patience and empathy in dealing with students/parents
- Basic computer skills
