About the Role
Lead CollegeChalo's operations in Pune. You will be responsible for building and managing the local team, establishing partnerships with colleges, driving student enrollments, and achieving revenue targets for the Pune region.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of 10+ counsellors and coordinators
- Establish partnerships with colleges and universities in Pune
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct college campus visits and education fairs
- Manage P&L for Pune operations
- Report to the VP of Operations
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in education, ed-tech, or B2C sales
- Proven P&L management and team leadership experience
- Strong network in Pune's education ecosystem
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
